Ayodhya belongs to India!!!

On 30th September 2010,the much awaited verdict of ayodhya is announced by justice S.U.Khan,S agarwal and DV Sharma.Judges finally put an end over 60 years old uncertainty of 'Ram janambhumi-Babri masjid'. They divided the land among three parties viz. Muslims,Hindu organization and niromani akhara.
But, the question which has become a debate now,"Does this justice banking more on faith and belief than historical evidence"?What would be the consequences of this verdict? After reading comments & opinions of various intellectuals and some historical facts; I start believing that faith is certainly has no meaning in court but still court consider many facts which are not legal. For example, Justice agarwal said that " area below dome of disputed land is considered as the birth place of ram because of the faith & belief of hindus".Infact, Justice khan also has similar opinions,he says, " Ram chabutra & sita rasoi had been there even before 1885 and hindu are worshipping it since then". It might be fact according to archeological survey of India but....The question which should be given more importance is about of the sentence of goons who demolished the babri resulted into bloodshed..Who will punish them?Somewhere the already ongoing case regarding the demolition has been diluted..
May be,the justice declared the verdict considered terms known as "faith & belief",but, people accepted it with maturity and maintained the inter-communal harmony even though some politicians offered resistance. But,this verdict has damaged lot of things and made a dent on the secular ethics of India and India's secularist future is now in a precarious and peculiar situation..
We can hope to get a good decision from supreme court when the parties will appeal in supreme court.Till then,Make peace!!!

Independence day, 64th year of 'azadi'!!!!

It's not a usual Sunday morning because this Sunday is meant for celebrating our 64th b'day of independence. To remember our struggle to get it( read freedom), to remember our unity, our culture and many great leaders who lived their life to get freedom for all of us.
Do we really have the freedom? Are we still united? are we moving & growing on the paths of our leaders? Yes indeed!
Since 1947, We have been growing despite having many problems. We have grown from a trade deficit country to a G20 country.Developed new missiles, new technologies, has been producing world's best engineers, agriculture productions is also shooting.
But what about recent riots in Kashmir, flood in Leh region. Our Kashmir is facing some serious troubles, our people at 'dharti ka swarg' are dying. Have we contributed a bit for them on the eve of freedom. Are we living for the pride of India.I know, the answer would be 'yes'. But do we ALL are working to remove corruption, to help others, to reduce the difference between rich & poor, to provide education for every underprivileged child, for the growth of our country, for the freedom of us?? A question for all of us!!
But anyways, we should have celebrate our freedom and I am also doing the same. No class, no work, no study.A day to reunite with friends, to remind our good days, to have a good lunch before moving to a tomorrow, a tomorrow where I'll work for myself, for my country and, for the growth of our country..

Friendship day

Do we really need a day to celebrate it? yes! international friendship celebrations take place on first Sunday of August. A day to honour friends, to celebrate with them , to party with them to show them their importance in our life.
Four years of college where we all seen tremendous changes in ourself, from a naive teenager to a so called engineer :P.days of our study, fight, love, affection, party.days where we became brothers from strangers, some fall in love :P and some even got their love.by the time, we bonded with each other so much, time had come to get separated.
Now, It's been 2 months since college get over. Most of us have already joined their respective firms, few are yet to get their joining but we still applaud and miss each others and never forget to say "salle phone karte raha kar" and "kabhi milte hai". Meanwhile, one of my friend is back to Delhi after quitting his damn job, few others are in Delhi though some are still at their work and fortunately I'm also in Delhi. Besides this, I quit with my soul, power, inspiration and motivation. So, I have many reasons to celebrate friendship day with my best buddies!Lets rock and celebrate it :)

Summer of 2009
Me and few guys from college
had a team and we tried real hard
few quit and others left
I had known, we'd get far
Man we were killin' time
We were young and restless
We needed to unwind
I guess nothin' can last forever, no
And now the times are changin'
Look at everything that's come and gone
Somethimes when I go in my past
I think about ya wonder what went wrong
And if I have the choice
Ya - I'd always wanna be there
Those were the best days of my life
Back in summer of 2009!!

Bhopal Gas Verdict
On the night of december 2-3, 1984, a tragedy happened in which many people died and many got injured. This tragedy is known as 'Bhopal gas tragedy'. Leakage of methyl isocynate in the plant of 'United carbide India ltd', became one of world's worst industrial disaster.
After the trial which ran for almost 26 turbulent years, court made the charges under various section of IPC and diluted the charges "from culpable homicide to death by neglegence" followed by declaring sentence of 2 years and, subsequently granted bail to all accused. These accused are none other than bigwigs of corporate viz. Mr. keshub mahindra and others. Besides this, Warren Anderson, chairman of United carbide group has been absconding since the trial began.
If our judiciary system is so biassed towards the rich, then, it's nothing more than the sense of betrayal and forebonding to all of us. There are attempts made in every such case to veil over the heimous crime made by the rich & powerful persons. If such attempts would be made, then where will the common Indian will look for justice..
